Vintage Drop Earrings
Each one takes the form of a flower with carved lapis lazuli petals surrounding a central cabochon opal. Above the flower drop, each one has two marquise cut emeralds that emulate leaves. Each one is accented by a wealth of small diamonds which really do make them sparkle.
The setting is sterling silver.
They are unsigned and we are unsure of the maker, but have a hand-crafted feel to them. They are very much in the style of Philip Webb.
The earrings probably date from somewhere in the second half of the 20th century.
They are in excellent vintage condition with no serious issues and only minor handling wear consistent with age.
Each one measures approximately 5cm high x 3cm wide x 1cm deep.
Their overall approximate weight is 15.8g.
