Antique Earrings

A pair of drop earrings made from hand-carved bog oak, each one taking the form of three shamrocks graduating in size.

The metal backs are unmarked but appear to have a gold wash over a silver-coloured metal.

Originating from Ireland and dating from the 19th Century, circa 1860s.

They are in very good vintage condition with wear commensurate with age.

Measuring roughly 5.5cm high x 2cm wide (at their widest point) x 1cm deep.
