Ornate Antique French Wall Mirror

Gilt gesso on wood.

Original oval bevelled mirror.

Beautiful naturalistic decoration with vines, scrolls and a clam shell at the top.

For me this has just the right amount of original shine and wear. It is largely intact with only a small amount of losses on the main frame, the wire work around the around the top and bottom is more damaged but this is easily forgiven when looking at the piece as a whole.

Measuring: 80cm high x 54cm wide x 19cm deep.

Delivery is quoted with our courier who normally take our larger items as this is a door to door service. This is quite a delicate piece that has largely survived really well so would hate for anything bad to happen to it.
