Original Vintage Glass Topped X-Frame Dining Table

A thick rectangular glass top sits above two chromed X-frame supports with a large thick band stretcher of gold.

A very well made piece. I can’t find any documented evidence of maker or designer so it is possibly a bespoke made table or a rare design. There was a hand-written label under one foot saying ‘France’ but other than that no other signatures.

It could easily and comfortably sit eight to ten and more at a push for celebrations if you don’t mind being a bit cosier.

Overall it is in good vintage condition, the glass top is free from any chips or cracks and only has some surface wear and tear as you would expect. The base is also in good nick, it is solid and sturdy. There is some surface wear in the form of scuffs and scratches when inspecting closely but nothing too serious or any rust etc.

Measuring 242cm long x 114cm deep x 73cm high.

The tabletop is extremely heavy and takes four people to lift it into place; therefore delivery will be arranged as a bespoke service depending on where you live and how many people can help your end. please get in touch to discuss this further.
