Victorian Cabinetmaker's Tool Chest

Victorian Cabinetmaker's Tool Chest

£0.00

Antique Ebonised Trunk With Toolbox Interior, 19th Century

The clasp is engraved with the name ‘J. Symonds’ and dated 20th June 1885.

On the outside a very handsome Victorian trunk.

Opens to reveal a completely fitted out interior, made to store all the tools needed for cabinet making.

It could be used to hold tools again or would also work very well for sewing bits and pieces or even a collection of curiosities.

It is in great vintage condition, there is wear and tear here and there but nothing too serious. There is one missing pull handle inside and the top half of the clasp is missing on the front.

Measuring: 94cm long x 57cm deep x55cm high.

Delivery is free within Bristol and £50 to the majority of mainland UK with our couriers, for those outside this please ask for a tailored quote.
