Probably dates from the early 19th century. Circa 1800-1840 in date.

It is in good vintage condition and still very usable. There is wear throughout which adds to its character and tells its story. It has a rustic feel to it. There is some old woodworm present which we have treated for good measure with a non-toxic, naturally sourced boric acid treatment.
