Antique Bakelite Wood and Tagua Nut Novelty Bookends

These cheeky little characters are unmarked but almost certainly part of the YZ bird range produced by Henry Howell throughout the 1920s-1930s period, these were mainly retailed through tobacconists and department stores and most famously through Alfred Dunhill Dunhill.

It is in very good vintage condition with only minor very minor wear commensurate with age.

Each one measures 15cm high x 7cm wide x 10cm deep.
