Antique Cast Bronze Figural Candlesticks
Probably French in origin.
Cherubs intertwined in a naturalistic setting. A stem wrapping around their bodies holds up the candle holders which are in the form of flowers. The cherubs are stood on free-form bases with naturalistic swirls in a rococo manner.
Charming little candlesticks which are highly decorative and well cast.
They are in good vintage condition, there is no real damage to speak of. They are patinated over time naturally from use which adds to their charm.
Each one measures 22cm high x 11cm wide x 11cm deep. The opening for the candle at the top has a diameter of around 2cm.
