Antique Hand-Painted Porcelain Service

A complete matching set of six cups and saucers, coffee pot, milk jug and sugar bowl.

A stunning design dating from 1933, hand painted floral sprays on extremely fine octagonal shaped china with handles in the form of flowers.

It is in excellent vintage condition, it doesn’t seem like it has been used much if at all and has probably sat in a cabinet it’s whole life. There is no significant damage, no cracks or large chips. There is a small ‘flea bite’ type chip to the glaze on the top edge of the flower handle of the coffee pot lid. There are also a potential nick to the base of the sugar bowl but this may have been present since firing.

The coffee pot measures 18cm high x 18cm wide x 13cm deep. The cup and saucers are 18cm wide x 6.5cm high. The sugar bowl is10cm wide x 6cm high. The milk jug is 7cm high x 11.5cm wide x 8cm deep.
