Antique Ebonised Serving Tray
Bought from a brocante in Aix-En-Provence in Southern France this tray is so very stylish and understated. The curvaceous shape and raised rim incorporating the handles is so beautiful and complimented by the glossy black finish.
Dating from the 19th century and made from ebonised and lacquered tin.
It is sturdy and solid and won't let you down. There are some areas of wear and tear as can be seen from the photographs but these add to it's charm and are a testament to it's history.
