What a charmer, this has been squirrelled away in a loft for many years as we have left it exactly how it is.
Made from copper, steel, brass, iron and wood.
Exquisitely engineered by hand.
Personally we absolutely love the patina that has built up over the years and find it hugely decorative but it would also look amazing restored to its former glory, all shiny and shipshape.
I have been assured by someone who knows a lot more than me that it could get up and running again without too much trouble. The moving parts still move by hand if a little squeaky.
