Antique Rabbit Teddy
An extremely charming cloth stuffed teddy in the form of a rabbit with grey hair and glass eyes dressed in a pleated floral cotton dress and a voile apron with embroidered polka dots. Underneath the dress, she has white cotton bloomers with lace ankle cuffs.
Probably modelled after Mrs Rabbit from Beatrix Potter’s ‘The Tale of Peter Rabbit’.
Dating from the early 20th Century period, circa 1920s in date.
It is in very good vintage condition with wear commensurate with age.
Approximate measurements laid flat 44cm high x 27cm wide x 9cm deep.
