19th Century Worn Overmantel Mirror
It was obviously, originally part of something else, possibly a full fireplace, a large piece of furniture or even a panelled room.
Rich mahogany frame with gilt and ebonised details.
Would work well as an overmantel mirror, in a hallway on top of a console table or mounted on the wall.
It is in good vintage condition with a lovely amount of wear to the original mirror plate without any cracks or chips to the glass. The frame is solid and sturdy but has holes etc where it would have been attached to somewhere else.
Overall measurements: 151cm high x 100cm wide x 7cm deep.
